This week your host Buntu Majaja has a conversation with Sibongile Mongadi, Founder and overseer of Uku’hamba.

She studied Entrepreneurship at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, 3D Printing, Innovation Management and Data Science at the University of Johannesburg, and she is currently enrolled at UNISA to pursue degree in Paper & Pulp Technology. Ms Mongadi has been involved in the Call Centre, Financial Services and Retail sectors for more than 5 years now with companies such as the Ackermans Group, FFG Empowered Consultant, Integricall Insurance Brokers, ML Assets, Eyesure Financial Services.

In the year 2017 Ms Mongadi formed an initiative called Soweto Young Women Empowerment Advocate who believes in the power of transforming societies and drive change worldwide. In 2018 she graduated from an organisation Activate Leadership as she was part of 2 500 young leaders in South Africa driving change.
